Please review the following policies before starting your project. These guidelines help keep every project clear, organized, and fair for both you and JTXtends Creative Co.
PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICIES
Deposits & Payment
Project Start
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
Your project will not begin until the required payment and all requested information/materials have been received.
Cancellations
Refunds
If you choose to cancel after work has begun, any payments already made are non-refundable.
Due to the custom nature of design services, refunds are not provided once a project has started.
DESIGN & REVISION
Turnaround Time
Revisions
Turnaround time begins once payment and all required project information/materials have been received. Turnaround times may vary depending on the service and project complexity.
Revisions are limited to the number included with the selected service or package. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
Client Delays & Project Abandonment
Final Files
Projects may be placed on hold if requested information, feedback, or approvals are not received in a timely manner. Projects left inactive for an extended period may be considered abandoned and may require a restart fee to continue.
Final design files are delivered after the project has been approved and the remaining balance has been paid. Once final files are delivered, additional changes may require a new revision or service fee.

Digital Design Only
Color Differences
JTXtends Creative Co. provides digital design services only. Printing is not included unless otherwise stated. Final print-ready files will be provided for you to print with the vendor of your choice.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen, printer, paper, or printing method used.
Proof Approval
Portfolio Use
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, dates, pricing, and other information before approving the final design.
JTXtends Creative Co. may showcase completed designs in its portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests otherwise.
